How do your pricing plans work?

As an online software service, Knoodle is offered as a monthly subscription plan according to what you need.  We don’t charge on a “per seat or per license” basis because we believe Knoodle is only useful to you if your presentations or lessons are being watched. Therefore, our pricing plans are based on how many hours of "presentation time" are viewed or watched.

What does “total hours of presentation time” mean?

“Total hours of presentation time” is the total amount of hours per month that your presentations or lessons are watched or viewed. All presentations are “played”. Even PowerPoint-only presentations are timed slide-shows; you choose the length of time. All activities beside watching or viewing a presentation are not counted – pausing, jumping ahead; fast-forwarding; student administration; content creation and management.

What if my viewer or student just lets my presentation "play" while not watching?

One of Knoodle's features for creating an engaging presentation is the "Auto-Pause Streaming Playback" feature which ensures that your viewer is still watching your content (we all remember this functionality from online traffic school!). This optional feature stops the presentation at times determined by you and requires that your viewer move the mouse to continue playing the content.

What happens if I go over my total hours of presentation time?

With Knoodle you can always increase the number of hours you need and upgrade your monthly plan. If you continually exceed the monthly hours in your subscription package by 25% we will ask you to upgrade to a new level of presentation time so that your subscription package better aligns with your needs.

How much storage do I get? How many files can I upload?

You can upload and store as many files you want up to 27GB in total size, which is approximately 125 hours of video content. If you require more storage than that, please contact us.

Why isn’t there an option to purchase a service plan?  Where do I buy a service plan?

You can immediately purchase a service plan by simply signing up for a free trial and then clicking the “Buy/Upgrade” button when you are logged into your Knoodle account. This will take you through the billing process to acquire a paid account. Alternatively, you can kick the tires and give our application a risk-free try by using the 30 day trial without any commitment to buy. If you are happy with using Knoodle, you can upgrade at the end of the 30 days to a service plan based on your expected usage and requirements.

Can I change my service plan or cancel at any time?

Yes, our flexible monthly subscriptions make it easy to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept  credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
